The Game Summaries file contains drive-based statistics for each game played during the 2013 season. I'm not sure how to clearly convey this concept, so I'll let a snapshot of the spreadsheet explain for me:
- This allows readers to quickly compare a group of teams over a specified duration. If someone wants to know how teams in the SEC West have performed during the past few weeks, this file will save them time because this information is now available in one file instead of being shown exclusively in a team's drive chart.
- This file contains filters for easy sorting. They are not shown in the snapshot because I wanted to fit each column onto the blog.
- I would like to do this for previous seasons too. However, I don't when I will be able to make enough time to fit this project into my schedule.
- Give credit to Matt Mills (@millsGT49) of Football Study Hall and From the Rumble Seat for sharing his idea about creating a file that summarized drive-based statistics for each game during the season. This is really just my interpretation of his idea.
Unfortunately, there will be no observations and overreactions this week due to an increasingly busy schedule.
